Like 30 bucks (canadian) for a big bottle of it. You take 5 grams after you work out and after a few weeks you'll notice you put on a bunch of weight. Creatine can be found at places that sell nutrition powder/pills or fitness stores. Don't take more than 5 grams a day though, you might get some liver problems or something.

i box twice a week and work out 4-5 times. and i regularly eat at burger king. double whopper, no cheese, no bacon. just give me the meat fuck what those nutrition experts say on tv. bullshit. as long as you work out and eat a lot you shouldnt have any probs with your body.

Listen i used to be the same as you an what i done was, stop all drugs, an drank about a litre an a half of full fat milk everyday an i used to be 10 an a half stone, now im 13 an a half! just make sure you stick with it an drink it everyday, dont take any supplements or any of that shit.
