Almost everybody has the ability to kill another human being. The only exclusions are those who are too mentally or physically retarded to accomplish such a task.
I already addressed who 'could' do it - ie. who has the ability to.
Who would? Under the right circumstance, few of those with the ability to kill someone would find themselves unable to...if you get what I mean.

Didn't Emma say something about wanting to join the IRA? If I am not mistaken, they're constantly fighting groups or people...or whatever. From what I've seen on TV, the IRA can be pretty violent. So, Emma would probably kill, if instructed by some guy/girl in the IRA.

The IRA are a terrorist organisation but like any terrorist organisation, their principles & goals do have some merit & as such, there are those who see them as freedom fighters.
If the IRA were more rational about what they wanted - & how to get it - as well as aligning themselves with certain movements, I would consider joining them. That said, it would probably be better if it changed it's name such has it's reputation been tarnished.

And yeah, all of us are capable of murder. I've had the red mist descend on me some times (nothing serious happened, but then still).
If someone close to me was seriously hurt, given the opportunity or neccesity, i'm rather confident that i could kill a man with my bare hands.
Not to say i'm a psychopathic murder cannon waiting to blow up, but given the circumstances....
