Album cover information??

I was gonna post this in Don't Stop The Music but since it's not actually focusing on music I figured Our Block was good enough. I remember seeing a cd (remember when people bought those?) and the cover art had the statue of liberty on it, and it looked like it was dying/in some kind of turmoil. I can't remember the band and it was many years ago. I saw the cd in Spencer's or Hot Topic, one of those emo-fad stores, and it seems like it was some kind of alternative rock band or some shit.
Any ideas at all?

Nah that ain't it. It was probably some nobody band and I'll never find it.
Hot Topic had some bad ass posters lol. I remember getting Boondock Saints and Pulp Fiction posters from there.

Most posters of Tupac and Eminem/D12 I had were from Spencer's. It was kinda like Hot Topic but less clothing and more weird shit and glowing lights. Similar crowd, though.

I remember when I didn't know what a homosexual was and was in the mall with my mom and walked into Spencer's. They had penis shaped pasta and I was thinking, "we should get these," and "who would buy these" at the same time.
