Heres just a few suggestions that i think might make a good improvement.
* Change the streetspeaker logo so its similar to the streethop one that was up
* The shout box looks like its running in real time, so it might as well be the chat room, however, the time stamp should just say the time, not "1 minute ago" etc, also move the text input to below the messages.
