A few questions about profile comments (and no, not about them disappearing)

i would like to be able to edit my own profile comments, as well as being able to edit, and maybe even deleting comments left in my own profile.

i dunno how the profile thing is set up so i don't know if giving a user those permissions also gives the user permission or powers to other stuff that the user is not supposed to have in grasp. but it annoys me because i normally go on a comment galore on people's profiles because i couldnt freaking edit my comment.
