This is heart breaking, even more so because of the time of year, but of course things like this are tragic whenever they happen. So right off the bat we'd like to extend our sympathies to the child's family.
It seems that while visiting Lil Boosie's children, a child was accidentally run over by it's own father. Police have not released the name of the victim or father.
