The underground west music has been decent, Strong Arm Steady, Ras Kassy, Zion I, Cali Agents (Planet Asia & Rasco), DPG (whom id consider underground at this point of time), Eastwood, Bishop Lamont, Lil' E, Sly Boogie, Crooked I.. plus alot more. The Bay is alright but too much Hyphie is being focused on.
