Nah, it can't be because if that was the case then that would mean that the 1st of September was significant for something. Just think about it. Why would you start counting 7 days from Septmebre 1st? What is the significant thing about the 1st? Nothing.

If anything, it would be more related to something that was talked about at the start the start of "Blasphemy">>>"in the coming 7 days"

Not to my knowledge this is what I think it meant.

On the third day after September 7th 96. The doctor said he was getting better then 4 days latter he died.
