I can see some of your points. But 2pac had the musical talent to back him up. 2pac was a poet while 50 cent is a supposed gansta. I think 50 has some good music but not the musical talent 2pac had.

I honestly used to be a 50 fan. back in the days of, you know, Power of the Dollar, the 2001 EP, How to Rob, all that stuff around late 90's to early 00's.
not any more. he emulates Pac, yes, but very poorly, and honestly it makes me sick. his work ethic is better than most rap artists, I'll give him that - he puts out a lot of mixtape tracks, freestyles, etc, which is kinda respectable but not really considering none of them have a good message AND he used to do a LOT more than he does now. he changed for the much worse after he joined Shady and it's been downhill since then.
think about Pac now. not only did he do a ton of songs, but he made songs with a GOOD MESSAGE. the bigger he got, the MORE he was in the studio and his quality songs never got worse as time went on. his beef was because he truly thought Biggie KNEW WHO TRIED TO KILL HIM and didn't tell him.... remind me of the basis behind 50's extreme hate for Ja?
also, where are the songs that 50 has made with any decently positive, progressive message behind it? all I hear when I listen to the album is negative vulgar garbage, from one club song to the next beef song to a b/s love song. where's the artistic quality here? we know that he's "hard" and that he isn't scared to kill people, that he sold/sells drugs, whatever. what about talking about kids in the ghetto who have nothing? what about talking to POOR PEOPLE? what about asking God for forgiveness?
he tries to emulate Pac, this is very true. but true artists and real people don't need to emulate anybody.

yeah me to cause he had so much reapect and after watching that ressurection man pac was powerful cause when i do something similar to what he did i say fuck it man pac did itApacalypseNow said:its obvious that 50 cent is losing much respect from many Pac fans for various reasons. if u ask me, 50's probly thinkin, hmmm, Pac did it, so fuck it. He's doin lots of things that would compare him to 2pac.

Anyways, 2Pac is too much of a strong influence to these rappers. It's like his influence is a weapon of mass destruction that shouldn't fall into the hands of people who aren't going to use it for what's right.
50 has the fanbase now, he should now use his audience to do positive things.
