50 Cent has been sued by two women who claim he assaulted them as he went after a fan during a concert two years ago at the Hippodrome in Springfield, Mass.
Donna DeJesus, 25, and Taneka Nesbitt, 27, have filed suit in Hampden County Court alleging they were injured in the melee that developed when the G-Unit general jumped into the crowd to attack an unidentified person who sprayed him with water. DeJesus said that 50 Cent punched her in the face, and Nesbitt claimed he pushed her to the grown, causing her to undergo knee surgery.
50, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was charged with assault and battery in the incident and agreed to a plea bargain that placed him on probation and required him to undergo random drug testing for two years. He was also made to attend a mandatory anger management program.
The women are seeking an undisclosed amount in their civil suit.
