50 Cent Producing 2pac's New Album

if this is true, the INTERESTING, part is that the 'executive producer' of his last effort, was his BOSS, EM ----- AND THAT WAS A FCK UP

The problem is that for one thing, Eminem is a great rapper... and not much else. His place is behind the mic, he is a terrible producer and an even worse executive producer. 50 has been involved as an executive producer in the past, overseeing projects that have at least gone platinum and get regular rotation in clubs, on the radio, and on TV.

the only other person i would like to see handle it would be dr. dre, but i don't think he wants any part of it now or ever..............

The problem is that Dre wouldn't be willing to do it, as you mentioned. And if he were willing to do it, trust that it will take him two or three years to complete.

BUT i'm hesitant because of WHAT HE DID TO THE loyal to the game track with g-unit on it...........if he doesn't PLASTER g-unit artists ALL OVER THE SONGS than i'm for it

The track sucked, but consider that the only song with him on it was one where IT HAD ALREADY BEEN RELEASED, plus there were TWO versions of it on the same album, so it's not like they massacred an unheard track.

i guess the only thing we can do now is get this rumour confirmed and if it's true try to reach 50 cent or his managers any way possible to let him know what the real fans want, maybe let him know about the free tupac petition or whatever, if this happens like dante said we'd want him as an executive producer like suge used to be, but keeping the essence of his artkwork by letting the proper people produce and featuring on the tracks. he even has the money to clear the fucking samples a million times.

This might be giving too much credit to 50 , but they might just enhance the og … that is if 50 did want to keep it an authentic and genuine 2pac album.

i guess it depends how 50 will like OG's,if they would match his taste then maybe they will be on album if not then OG's will be remixed.

it depends how he sees it, if he really is a fan he should know how his true music sounds like, and keep it close to og...but if he thinks tha realist killaz is how 2pac's music should sound like nowadays, then we're lost.

Has it been confirmed that 50 even said that? Could be some bullshit rumour started by a G Unit groupie. To be honest this will completely kill off Pacs legacy. You know 50 will wanna put himself on the hooks, diss Jada, Joe, Ja, Nas etc. I wouldnt be suprised if he put Mobb Deep on the album. The same people who dissed him only a few years back long after he died! If 50 becomes executive producer this will be the first Pac album I wont even bother to pick up from the shelves.

lets face it the bottom line is if we want a decent pac sounding/feel to one of his posthumous realese then time would have to be spent planning on the tracks that have to be used and how they would come together. Also producers would have to have worked with pac 4 tha most part and want to do it for a reasonable price (pac would want to c his homboyz get payed, aint nothin 4 nothin) also rappers that were on og's would still have to feature mabey new verses but still keepin the theme to the tracks. If 50 gets this that aint gonna happen and with sept 4 months away even what I just wrote above def aint gonna happen. So what can we hope for? well who knows with amaru, but at the end of the day we will still get the accapellas og's so it don't really matter what the fuck anybody does with his beats and words we still gonna hear pac the way he wanted it! peace

if I remember correct, 50 cent said the original was "dated" in one of his interviews on Tupac Ressurection.

I wonder if an overwhealming amout of email from Pac fans to 50 could persuade him to clear the OG samples and release them as such...
