I can't believe the mom is blaming the schools. Maybe if she were to notice what her daughters were doing when she wasn't home, this could have been prevented.

Exactly...does it not seem apparent that this mother seems to have done something wrong or neglected to properly educate them (herself)? You'd think maybe once your second or so teen or pre-teen daughter, in the 12-year old's case, got pregnant, maybe you'd take a hint that you fucked up. bad.
At such a young age, it's astonishingly likely that the mother had close to, or literally no involvment in her children's lifes.

As for tax payers covering them, thats just rediculous...some method could possibly be worked out but blatantly stealing people's money for bullshit like this that is not their fault nor did they have anything to do with. unbelievable. to be fair, let's give money to ALL underage (and illegally-conceiving) mothers!

I think everybody recognizes the fathers have a responsibility - but I haven't heard of them saying the school is to blame.

And no, it takes two to decide a condom is not needed.
