Pac said he WANTED to make videos for Life Goes On, Ambitionz Az A Ridah, (SWAY Interview)etc. but we dont know if he did or not.

There's possibly a Life goes on Video from Gobi's footage.
I don't think Ambitions as a Ridah got made, never heard of an All Eyez on Me vid.
The Toss it Up Vid was released in raw form by DR on the net.

if you live in a black and white world you're correct... but considering that the video was made shortly after pac's death and by his main video producer from the late 95-96 years it has more merit than any other tribute video. you're right though, i'd rather see lips move than a slideshow of footage over a song.
