I think what Pac meant by that was kind of like saying “For SURE" .Saying WEST SIDE is a for sure thing or a optimistic positive type jester.

It was the peak of the east coast west coast war. Plus he’s performing at a New York based show. It was like going to the enemy’s territory and marking your flag. It was somewhat different back then plus like others said it’s a comedy show.
