does anyone know or why pac wasn't doing shows back in 90's like rapcity ,acess Granted, tupac top 25 videos or which did he do that u remember :o

he had brief rap city and yo mtv raps appearances, as well as some extended mtv specials (mtv jams, the mtv interview, etc) during his death row days. arguably pac was one of the most embraced rappers by mtv - probably since he was always making news.

He wasn't embraced at all. They werent even gonna put 1 of his albums in the top 10 of all time, when he deserved to have atleast 2 albums there and maybe even a 3rd.

^ Uh, wasn't that done by public poll and they decided to put him on there anyway?

my point is who else was big on the scene at that time? coolio and some other schmoes. did they do hour long interviews with them? nope. why? because all they have to discuss is their new forgettable albums. pac was unique, and mtv saw that.

This is true because how did mtv get all those interview for tupac: resurrection. Because they sucked pac's dick but now its something different.

Dante,

Got a question... I remember when I was younger... MTV pretty much banned Pac from MTV.... Since all the bad hype around him... They wouldnt play his video's and shit.. Am I wrong?

there was a definite lull for a while after i get around/keep ya head up. holler was played maybe 2-3 times... mtv jumped on the dear mama bandwagon a little late, and really only showed pac love again after cali love dropped.
