2Pac - Greatest Hits 2

The following is whatI believe to be the most legitimate version of a second Greatest Hits collection that should be dropped. It should only include the joints that have been released as singles over the course of Pac's career and should feature those that have not already been released on the original Greatest Hits album. This will ensure that the album sells well and serves as continuity and coheasiveness to maintain his legacy. Let me know what you think.

yeah but what the point of the thread is is to show what the next greatest hits album would be, and in that case this would be close to accurate. a GH consists mainly of singles and maybe some non-singles that have become fan faves (ie Life Goes On , GH1)

I don't know about that man. If that were the case it would be called Greatest Singles and even though shit tracks like Untouchable would be there it would be because there aren't many singles to choose from due to Amaru's piss poor marketing strategies. Greatest Hits would and should imply that the tracks are HITS.

^^^yeah i know that they aren't necessarily hits, but typically when a GH is put out, they include most singles, regardless of if they did well/were good or not

A Greatest Hits Volume 2 should consist of hit songs from RUSD all the way down to the most recent release (Pac's Life)...plus a few unreleased tracks just like they did on GH1..

The only problem with this would be no new unreleased single which makes this list not feasible but still a classic GH album that almost any real Pac fan would enjoy. The other problem is that there is very wide catalog to chose from to put the right tracks, thus let's hope Afeni and the ones who compiled the 1st Greatest Hits will make the wise choice of songs and bring us some unreleased rumored tracks such as "If there's a Cure".
