i just bought strictly for my niggaz recently and i looked at the booklet to see the fan club and i was wondering if there still around tupacs fan club that is

before the internet came along, fan clubs were the easiest way to get free promo material, keep up on news about an artist etc.

no actually i think it ended right after the release of until the end of time. i remember reading something in that booklet when i bought it that said please do not send anything to the fan club or somethin since its closing. i think it was in the until the end of time booklet but no 100 percent sure.
