I actually got one about 7 years ago as I went to a school dress up party as Pac. The memories

But yeah, i got mine from ebay for about US$30. I saw one the other day on ebay. Since that time i wore it, i put it around my life size cardboard cut out of Pac in my lounge room, looks cool.

I dont see anything wrong with getting one to put up on ur wall, he is obviously not going to wear it around in the clubs or anything, lol.
