this "next album" coming from Amaru is rumored to be the album that everyone wants...songs done by people pac dealt with during his time.

sounds to me like they would be on the tribute album...

Damn, I just asked someone to confirm this for me in another thread in here.

It makes sense because in an article that came out awhile back concerning a 2pac tribute album, it said Sha Money and Swizz Beatz would be producing on it. And not surprisingly, Swizz & Sha Money are producing on this album.

I think this tribute/duets album is just a way for Amaru to get Pac's vocals and music out there quickly.

a) if you're going to make a tribute album, don't put T.I. or Ashanti on there, that's a fucking joke. ok, i can see modernizing the beats a little bit, but you have to flow it w/ pac's verse and not have pac's verse try to fit into some trendy ass beat.

b) don't mess w/ the verses...Afenis says this is who Pac would want it to be and stuff...regardless of her being his mother, I GUARANTEE that he wouldn't want his verses toyed with. she had to have a final say after listening to LTTG and should have cut out the bullshit "drop that shit em(outonbail)" or "big ballin ass nigga named trice(hennessy)".

this could very well be right... i've hardly got into trackin info about this release...kinda lost interest a coupel years ago but its interesting to watch every reader here jump onto the idea like a life raft

p.s i too would love an album of enhanced OG's .. who can u trust? only time reveals... =P
