1.The Knife - Silent Shout (I heard this album and i had to sit down. i was truly taken aback by the music)
2. Placebo - Meds (such a solid album. And their live performance was just unbelievable)
3. Ferry Corsten - LEF (Probably one of the most solid house albums out... absolutely unbelievable)
4. Damien Rice - 9 (HIs first album O was brilliant, when i heard about this coming out i wasn't expecting much... infact i was quite scared that it would tarnish my opinion of him... when it came out... i couldn't believe how good it was)
5. Evanescence - The Open Door

Special Mentions:
booka shade - movements (this would have to be up there with LEF by Ferry Corsten but i'm only choosing one electro... this is just unfuckinbelievable)
Thom York - The Eraser
Pete Yorn - Nightcrawler
Robbie Williams - Intensive care (i hate robbie, but the production of this album is unbelievable)
Nas - Hiphop is Dead
