2 topics: 1. Eating Healthy 2. Organic Food.

Does anyone only eat or mostly eat organic food here? Honestly, when you stopped eating regular food and started to eat Organic food

what is regular food? Isn't 'organic' food what we are supposed 2 eat?

To anwser the question, of course I buy organic food and I buy fair trade products if possible.

I agree with jokerman, learn to cook and get to know what you actually eat

*Sigh* I KNOW how to cook, what I do not know about is creating and maintaining a healthy diet. Which is why i'm doing research and asking a few questions here. No, "normal" food here is not Organic. Farmer's markets are scarce in general and almost nonexistent in the winter. Whole food stores are also scarce and are only now starting to become more popular. Most chain grocery stores do not even carry Organic products. Some are just starting to carry them and they are only certain items.

This is a map of the whole food stores available from the center of Chicago's downtown stretching outward.
