I wonder if the 1994 shooting was linked with 2pac's death. If it was the Black Mafia putting a hit on Pac.
Nope. Ever heard of Orlando Anderson? If Pac never swung at him, then he wouldn't have been dumped on that night.

I'm curious if Puffy and Biggie knew all about the setup and never said a word about it to Pac and this is why he was so pissed off at Biggie. It seems obvious that Puffy crossed Pac in such a way in which he never publicly stated.
Welcome to 1995.

I don't think Suge had anything to do with 2pac's death. It would have been a very dumb move on his part if you think about it.
Suge did, indirectly. He put Pac in situations he didn't need to be in, such as associating him with known gang members who were in no way affiliated with the music aspect of Death Row on a professional level, one of these guys being the genius who pointed out Orlando to him in Vegas, even though before that moment Pac had absolutely nothing to do with it. It should've been one of the Bloods or anyone else in that entourage to handle it, not Pac.

He asked Anderson if he was "from the South" in order to verify that he was the guy he thought he was, not because of anything having to do with banging or sets.

When Pac asked Anderson if he was "from the South," he was clearly talking about Anderson being a Southside Crip. Anderson was the same Southside Crip that snatched Travon Lane's chain months earlier.

And obviously Pac wasn't really asking or verifying because he swung immediately after. But the "from the South" comment is a clear reference to Anderson's set.

Well you're both right. When the guy you quoted said it wasn't about sets, he meant that it wasn't a Leuders Park Piru/Mob Piru vs. South Side Compton Crip thing, it was just because they knew that it was South Side guys who jumped them at the Lakewood Mall.

Big Syke and his crew, Crips. Not Bloods.

In the song M.O.B, Big Syke said something about "Red flagging." I always thought Syke was a blood. And even Stretch, who rolled with Pac in 94 said something about Pirus before his verse in "God Bless the Dead." And I heard Storm was blood also. Fatal Hussein is also a blood out in Jersey according to people that have links to him.

The main point is I didn't think Pac was affiliating himself with too many crips in his last days like he was in the Thug Life days. I thought his crews he were rolling with were all bloods. Didn't know he rolled with crips to SNL if true.

Regarding the song M.O.B., www.ohhla.com says "rag flaggin'," which kind of makes sense since he's talking about his '64, plus it sounds more like "rag" than "red." But I don't think Syke is directly connected with Bloods, I don't think I've ever seen him wear a stitch of red. I really doubt Stretch and Storm were Blood-affiliated, but Fatal is... isn't he in SMM out in Jersey?

But what does it really stand for?
Sex Money Murder. Yes, it is an awkward name for a gang, since usually the names include a city or a street, but that's what it is. It was started in the East Coast around 1993. Fatal shouts them out at the end of one of his videotaped freestyles with Ali Bang. If anyone wants, I'll upload it when I get a chance.

Oh yeah, I heard of that. Someone I had went to school with use to rep that. I wonder if it's one big set or if there are numbers of SMM sets. I wonder if Fatal is the head of that set or is in some OG position. I say that because he is about 29 and has some status because he did roll with Suge in Cali.

About Big Syke.
This is said in the article in Rolling Stone about Biggies murder:

Two of the names Knight had mentioned in connection to the murder were "Reg" -- believed to be Death Row's then-director of security, Reggie Wright Jr. -- and an individual he referred to as Big Sykes. Knight went on to name two other members of the "team" that had taken B.I.G. out, according to Ha'mmonds: David Mack and Amir Muhammad.

If it's Big Syke he's talkin bout, that would mean he was a blood. Accordin to the sources in the article the other 3 guys were (closely connected to the) bloods.

Arggg... Kill the Big Syke is a blood shit. Im telling you, he's a fucking Crip!

I cant believe you would take the most obscure red/rag refrence and think he's a blood. Did you guys even listen to the All Eyez On Me album? I mean it's no wonder some of you think Pac's a Blood if you cant even see that Syke is a Crip.

"When we ride it's the imperial serial killer, alias Mussilini..."

Syke reps the Inglewood Imperial Village Crips. This is common knowledge, Syke is a crip, and mostly wore blue. Kato was a Crip too.

at first i thought fatal was piru. i think some other rapper said something along the lines of "i got love for fatal cause hes piru too". but if you listen to fatalveli 2 he mentions sex, money, murder a lot.

"sex money dog, i love it im flaggin" 252 he really is reppin red a lot more than back in his outlaw days, isnt he ?

^^ Syke is a Crip, you going to take some stupid article over his word?

No, I don't. I was just suprised that the article named him as one of the killers of Big. Whether he's a crip or blood, it don't care. I'm just wondering if the writer of the article is talkin bout the same Big Syke(s).

And about the article: don't know if you read it, but it certainly wasn't stupid, interesting read.

^^ i dont believe syke was directly involved in big's hit.

Why do you now have a better understanding? And did Pac actually call Fatal back to Cali.

You over estimate the bond Bloods feel to other Bloods, especailly from different sets.

Suge called Fatal back probably because he knew Fatal would make him money on Death Row. If it was because they were both Bloods, where is Suge for Fatal now? Come on.
