he was injured most of the season. and then when he was back from that injuty he started getting these viruses which meant he missed more games. Rafa played him in a lot of games towards the end of the season.

but Rafa did make a big mistake by buying an injured player for nearly 20 million in the first place.

Because Rafa had chances to give Aquaman 20 minutes in games for match fitness but never did, either didn't bring him on at all or bring him on in the 89th minute. Buying an injured player is a mistake but then barely playing him when hes fit is a bigger mistake.

I like Meireles, a lot of Porto fans don't. I never understood why, he never seemed to have a bad game when I saw him play. Good signing. Konchesky on the other hand, no.

When Hoeness became the manager of Berlin, they were in second league. With him they managed to reach the Champions League once, for example. So he hardly destroyed the club.
