i have never seen defending as bad as that. The two full backs are rubbish defenders. Aurelio may be good at crossing and free kicks but he cannot defend for shit. I dont think Agger or Carragher won a header. thats 8 goals conceded in a week. disgraceful.

It was a great game but not happy.

Benayoun was absolutely brilliant again. You have to admire the guy.Torres was great again.

I remember the day Arshavin signed for Arsenal. I felt worried back then. what a player. Honestly, he reminds me of Maradona so much. The sad thing is Liverpool could have signed him in the summer instead of fucking Robbie Keane

How many great games do we see at Anfield? Id rather watch Liverpool than any other team. For sheer excitement you dont get much better.

Its gonna be hard to win it now but you'd never know.

You know, I don't think Arshavin played amazing lol, some good finishes though.

^^admittedly he was up against a very poor defender and all the goals were from bad mistakes. e.g Aurelio giving a poor pass to Mascherano who gets caught in possession, or Arbeloa standing up scratching his balls waiting for the ball to come to his feet, or Aurelio failing to kick the ball down the field instead of straight to Arshavin in the box.

Yeah he was pretty anonymous, but popped up when it mattered. The sign of a great player.
