Benitez is the instigator of his own downfall.

Why he didnt start Alonso instead of the Brazlian 'I throw away points' Lucas is beyond any reasonable explanation.

And why take off your two main goal threats when you crucially need another goal. The man is losing his marbles.

Saying that, Liverpool are still in the title race. A few more crazy decisions from Benitez though and they may not even finish in the top four.

^^yea they are still in it and there is still along way to go but i cant see it tbh. What happend last night will happen over and over again and has happend so many times before. Its as if he trying to prove a point by playing Lucas. He will probably sell Alonso next summer. i am fed up with his negativity at this stage.

Villa is doing very well indeed. I'm impressed with their consistency. Bringing the three points in against also the lesser teams is a good quality. They don't fuck up that much.

^^yea he was ok up against Michael Brown and Lee Catermole. He isnt entirely to blame for that goal though because the defending was awful. 5 players chasing the ball on one side fo the field and guess who was caught out of postion yet again? Alvaro Arbeloa. He is so rubbish imo.
