How do you know he would say that?

He is a very clever man also. I enjoy his interviews, excellent vocab also. His interests are also intriguing.

Also, we have sold Zat Knight to Bolton. Just over a week ago he said he was looking forward to the new season with villa and fighting to cement a first team place. Now we are left with more of a shortage in numbers. We must make signings, MON said he is calm about the situation and has a number of things he is working on.

On a positive note, Eric Lichaj in Spain for the pre-season with villa played quite well for Villa in the Peace cup against Malaga.

He is American and we signed him from Chicago Magic about 2 years ago, approximately 6 months before Brad Guzan who we were supposed to be signing together as originally planned.

Because i was listening to him give a speech about how he is proud to be Irish and what it means to him on the radio not too long ago.

and also the fact that he played gaelic football with Down.

Am i the only one that thinks Villa are gonna struggle to do aswell as they did last season ?
with the squad we have now, maybe. unless someone from the reserves or youth steps up and does the job extremely well.

people are saying we need to replace barry and laursen but they are forgetting that we have a capable player in steve sidwell and carlos cuellar who should if they both stay fit and perform well do enough to fill the void left in those positions.

Its ok, Davy. They just couldn't handle the Cro-ness. They weren't ready for it.

And Bobbo, Zlatan has more footballing potential in his left testicle than you'll ever have in your entire life, so a bit more respect would be appropriate.

Ibra is great and all, but he bottles in big games....then again, when you have a 34yr old Stankovic as your provider for passes, I don't think much can be done. lol

I'm not yet ready to call him a big game bottler. Let's see how he fares for Barca first.
0 goals in knock out champions league football and continously flopping in major tournaments suggests that he has been.

we will see though. This may change playing with the high quality players at Barca.
