I'm not exactly sure about health care, death penalty and abortion statistics but I'm sure Iraq isn't the only with. There are people dying in South Africa due to aids, most HIV/aids death toll in S. Africa. Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Swaziland (swazi what??) and the entire continent. Furthermore, Belarus, Spain, Germany, Poland, Ukraine and entire Europe. People are dying all over the Europe due to aids. Why wouldn't Uncle Sam come into any of these countries and make things better?

There are conflicts everywhere in the world, political and social. Why did Uncle Sam chose to go to Iraq I wonder. Hmmm..... maybe to find nukes. Oh wait....after finding out that there were no goodies, what does he do to cover up what he really went there for? He says lets help the country establish peace and democracy. While people outside are dying to get Uncle Sam's attention are saying "Uncle Sam, Uncle Sam, we too have problems in our country, come and help our country establish peace and democracy". Uncle Sam says, son, what the hell you have to offer me in exchange if I were to help you?
