^ Don't think that'd be a great signing. In play-style he's quite similar to Torres imo (though Torres is one or maybe two levels higher)

Torres does fine on his own though, if you play two up front at Liverpool doesn't that restrict Gerrard abit? he plays the best probably just behind Torres.

Plenty of teams play 4-3-3, come to the Netherlands ;)

But yeah, that's what I meant. With offensive midfielders on the outer flanks (like Babel? Riera?). In essence you're still going to have people covering the far side's flanks like wingers would. With a type like Gerrard that likes to come up behind the striker, another striker might clutter things up a bit too much. Also depending on what your attackers like. Space? Are they good in the small area? Etc.

Liverpool generally plays a 4-3-3 or heavily offensive (on the outer wing) 4-5-1?
its a 4-4-1-1 to be exact.

Usually it Alonso and Mascherano holding the midfield with Gerrard further forward behind Torres. Riera and Kuyt on the wings. Chelsea play a similar formation.

i cant think of another team besides Barca that plays 4-3-3 al the time.

Of the bigger clubs, yes Barca is the only one that really comes to mind.

4-3-3 is still the foundation of Dutch footy philosophy, though. I suppose like half the dutch clubs use a basic 4-3-3, with half of those going for the real deal, wide-pitch, no10, three striker bonanza.

Eduardo's wife is Croat, and kids are Croat with Croat names. He listens to fucking Thompson, a nationalist Croat rock singer lol. He speaks better Croat than his ethnic Brazilian. We have domesticated the savage. :D

It's pretty funny when players are born and raised in a certain country but play for someone else :wondering:

Hey Eduardo :)
They are allowed to do so if they wish as long as the have a parent or grandparent who is from the country or are a citizen of that country. I think it is fair that a player who cant get a look in for his country of birth can go play for another country where he can play international football.
