Insua is still young and Aurelio is always injured and i dont think he is a strong defender. We need a top class player on the left wing. Riera will go and perhaps we could sell Babel as well to raise some funds. Up front we need a reliable back up for Torres.

we already have Jovanovic signed. not sure about him but he is free. we also have signed highly rated Charlton youngster JJ Shelvey who plays in midfield. he is only 18 i think so im not sure if he will play much next season or how good he is. We are also likely to sign the young Rangers centre half Danny Wilson.

at left midfield, you are gonna pay for a top class player but i think we could get someone like Arda Turan fairly cheap. he has been linked. id love if we got Mata or Silva but they are too much id imagine

for a left back, id like Jose Enrique off Newcastle.
and for another striker, id like Kevin Doyle off Wolves

im not asking for much.

They are in debt and although i think Henry would be solid and a goog acquisition, will they be able to really afford this? it'll smash their wage structure at the club and what if Henry gets injured, they'll be throwing money away - and i still cant see them doing anything than getting a top 10 finish at best.
