Jeremy is just an all out PS3 hater, even though he still bought one. I guess now he's just mad cause his cheap ass didn't get it for $300.

I started playing San Andreas again on my pc the other day. It looks like complete and utter shit in comparison to GTA IV lol. I stopped playing after a few minutes.

Yea, its graphics are definately horrible compared to todays new games, but that and vice city have always been fun to me, packed with a lot of memories. Metal Gear Solid 1-3 also

^News of the new console and price drop would probably make some people hold out for a week or two. But it doesnt really matter anyway

Only those old PS3 had backward compatibility and it looked like this:

It's surprising since x360 which is slower than ps3 emulates xbox1 games (original xbox was much faster than ps2) almost flawlessly.

There's absolutely nothing about the PS3 that interests me at all. Where is the innovation?

I think Sony thought that Blu-Ray would do for the PS3 what DVD did for the PS2, but it doesn't work like that. Statistics show that nobody really gives a fuck about Blu-Ray, at least not yet.

The only thing that interests me about Blu-Ray is using it as a storage medium, and when the price drops a bit I'd consider buying a burner. But even then, how often do you need 25GB of storage to carry around? Especially when you can get a 1TB drive for like £100 these days.

What would happen if they did those tests using the same Firmware? since ps3 slim shipped using 3.0 and 3.0 just went live last night

I doubt it has much to do but we'll see.
Probably both consoles use different firmware since it has at least a different motherboard.
