Germany plays THEIR game no matter what...win, lose or tie, they always play their game, against any team. You'll piss Argies off in the next round.

Germany plays mature. Klose is the real leader right now, not the Ballack. He scores, he assists... If we count last World Cup he's probably the player which showed the most since Ronaldo and Ronaldinho are playing currently on the lower level.
I expected more from the Sweden, but it was obvious that they have problems with a realisation. They defence showed so many weakness that they should be happy because they suffered only two goals. German team is the real maschine. You must admit that.
Argentina was suprised by the brave start of Mexicans. Mexico scored first but they later suffered own goal despite Crespo trying to portray himself as a scorer. It's strange what people do when they fight for the title of the top goalscorer on the World Cup. I remember Euro 2000 when we were demolished by the Holland. Kluivert then openly admitted that one of the goals which Holland scored against us wasn't his product and that one defender gave own goal. At the end, he shared the title of top goalscorer with Milosevic. That's the character.
I was suprised with the absence of Bravo in Mexican team but Fonseca and Borghetti played solid. Argentina proved in this game that great teams could win even if they don't play on the highest level. It will be the great game between them and Germans.
I expect to see interesting game today when Ecuador and England run on the pitch. South Americans are very motivated and they'll play on the counter attacks. We'll see how their defence will work.
England with the Crouch and possibly Walcott!? Player which his coach has never saw playing as he openly admitted. Gerrard scored twice so far. Is that enough to starts the game? We'll see. England is playing better from match to match. This is their first big temptation.
Portugal against Holland will be a good match. Holland defence impressed me because I thought that they are thin there. If Van Nistelrooy doesn't start it will be adventage for the Portugal. Portugese will be playing rough and Holland could utilise that. The main battle will be in the midfield and I expect from Cocu to finally plays on his level.
Figo and the company play good so far. Three wins in three matches. You must respect that. They are well composed team and if they stay focused on their style they could win since they are more experienced than the Holland.
