Technology Wii sucks ass

I was watching Gamer.TV on Starz and they were featuring the Wii... OMG after seeing it in play and the games... it sucks.

1. The Wii remote will give you arthritis before 40. You move that thing in so many games like you're praticing your masturbation skills.
2. I thought the graphics were going to be good but nothing special.
3. Its too damn cartoony e.g. Wii Sports, etc. I'm tired of the wierd japanese cartoony shit.
4. Your arms will hurt after awhile.
5. Gameplay requires too much body movement. I want to play a game not do a fucking pilate.
6. It doesnt play dvds. I didn't know if it did or not.
7. Wii Sports sucks.
8. People who were playing the Wii said the remote is even difficult to use.

Edit: They also preveiwed the first 20 games that'll be out before March. The graphics suck and there isnt anything special.

well the graphics really are not anything special that is true, but that is not the selling point of the wii. there is something special about it. the remote. there is nothing else like that right now or before. the price is what is really going to be big too. i think the wii will be a fun system to play with especially with groups of people.

but we will have to wait and see.

I did see. The remote is future arthritis... maybe this is why there isnt anything like this before. It also requires you to do hell of a lot of work with your arms, your arms will get tired.

The price is the ONLY good thing about Wii. I'm just trying to give yall some heads up. Has anyone actually seen the Wii being played and the gameplay other than me? Its a nightmare.

Here's why the Wii will fail and not sell in the U.S

65% of american adults are FAT and LAZY. 2 minutes of playing with the wii will cause them a heart attack and they will drop dead. Kids are too stupid to figure out how to use the wiimote,and teenage gamers will get their asses kicked by their hardcore gaming(xbox/ps) friends for owning such a sissy gaming machine. If great-looking-but-not-as-good-as-the-competition graphics and no DVD player make you not want to buy a system, then you're not using it for what it's meant for. The point of Wii Sports is to acclimatise people to the Wii remote. Still looks a lot more fun than most games.

Personally I don't really think the standard controller is something that needs to be revolutionized on this way, and since that is pretty much all the Wii has to offer in terms of competitive advantage I don't see myself getting one. I'd rather save up for the PS3.

Well the smart thing to do would be to wait until the PS3 has been out for a while and see how the games on both systems compare to eachother. With all the hi-tech stuff in the PS3 my expectations are sky-high, but I'll have to see if there's a dramatic increase in the quality of the games. If there isn't i'll stick with my PS2.
