So far....how has your baseball team faired???

being a cubs, i hope not....its a great time to be a cubs fan right now...no team has made serious moves within our division...the cards really, are still the only team to fear...

the astros wont get clemens...you think if clemens decides to come back, he'll wait till may to play?? if he comes back, he most prolly will go back to the yanks...thats my honest opinion....

and A-rod and Sheffield both lived up to their recent pre-yankee success

either way, I'm holding Farnsworth to his 2005 stats, not his 1999-2005 stats
I wasn't talking about them and certaintly not nothitters. i was talking about pitchers. offense is there for Yanlks but pitching isn't and thats why they havent won a tittle.

No she hasn't. im pretty sure even though Sox arent competing like Yanks are shes still holding on Sox for back up plan. so no.

if you ask me, i think the red sox did better this offseason than the yanks....but that doesnt mean much....if wright and pavano can stay healthy, and unlike last year's dying out aftera month or two, i think the yanks will just suddenly have alot of pitching depth..

think about it, wang, small, all those other guys i can't think of, they will go to the bullpen, but after having starting experiences, they should do well out of relief as well...

the red sox did BETTER?

they have no short stop, first basemen, center fielder, lead-off hitter, and their big aquisitions were an injury prone pitcher and a guy who hit .236 last year?

mark loretta is good too....you forgot mota...

but i guess i forgot what they're missing, those positions....but just cuz they didnt sign or trade for any, doesnt mean they dont have them still...minor leaguers maybe?? dont they have any prospects?

no one ready for to help them compete for the AL East title

if the sox don't pull off some moves, they're screwed for this year

yah..well truth of the matter is now i wont be rooting for red sux anymore since they essential did to damon what yankees did to pettitte and not really taking serious signing back a good player who helped make team success so it would be hipocrite to support them anymore and then bash yankees...im rooting for Toronto since they made some good moves and just got Troy Gloss...and yankees are just as pathetic for signing damon because he was the one who hit grand slam in game 7 that reversing the curse and forever staining the history of pride and pinstripes...and i was always astros fan since pettitte and clemens joined 2004 just not as vocal since im the only astros fan here...at least they are a team thats loyal to their players with craig bagwell and geoff biggio being there for so mny years...

im just gonna assume you messed up the names purposely....

" teams cant keep the same players year in year out, boo hoo your favorite crush left a team, time to jump on another bandwagon this year :-/ "

ah, not to sexist, or stereotypical, but girls general support teams that way....the one with the cutest pitcher, hottest outfielder, etc......thats why when the white sox started winning this year, all the girls from the '03 cubs bandwagon fell off and jumped on the sox...people just called it chicago pride...said it was "good for chicago"....my ass...you just root for the team that's winning...and thats why girls should be banned from sports events...unless its summer, really hot, and they're drinking beer..then they can stay...

Wait till you see your loyal astros let go Bagwell and Biggio too next year. then who you gonna run to? you only think now they being loyal to Bagwell and Biggio but you mistaking. these days teams loyalty doesnt last long. they'll keep you as much as they need you and then when they feel as you cant do anything for them they let you go and they rather pick up young guns nail polish.

^ well, there's an example of loyalty, but the other way around...instead of the team letting go, the player wants to leave cuz they cant win...same thing with tejada....but i kinda see their view too....but the real loyalty thing is damon...thats the newest one so far, and im not happy with it....i hope he shatters his ankle and knee when going for a routine fly ball...we'll call it even then....
