You need to use itunes to put album covers/actual pics, but I have no idea if another program can be used. Most likely there is if you search www.ilounge.com. I have an ipod that I can put pics and shit but never really cared for it. The novelty for me wore off very fast, and most likely it will for you. Unless is porn. :)
No,i mean personal pictures.Album covers work, they show up on my iPod.

Ok.I connect my iPod and it shows 'do not disconnect' in the screen and stays like that.It doesn't start charging because it doesn't show that screen when its charging. When i eject the iPod,thats when it starts charging.Thats how i charge now,i have to disconnect middle of 'do not disconnect' screen otherwise it won't charge. Is that ok to do though,to disconnect when it says 'do not disconnect'?

I have never heard of that before. Usually when I connect my ipod to the computer it immediately charges. So there is no flashing lighting image on the battery indicator when you are in "Do not disconnect" mode? Did you change an option through itunes maybe? As for personal pictures I would have no idea, never had a reason to put pictures in my ipod. Look through the manual, google it, or go to the link that I provided earlier.

There is a image that indicates that its charging but it stays like that and never stops and says its charged.I waited about 7-8 hours like that and 'do not disconnect' screen never went away so im guessing it wasn't charging all this time.
I know for fact when i look at book manual,it should be charging when it appears this small battery image and starts flashing.Thats when it should be charging. Not when theres 'do not disconnect' screen. So that leaves me no choice but to eject the iPod and thats when that small battery image comes on and starts charging. But do you know if i keep disconnecting like it might demage iPod or something?
