I'm thinking about buying one.Is it good worth buying it?

Lets say 30gb ipod.I want to play video files too.

Why is some 4gb ipods coast almost as much as some 30gb.

The iPod comes with a protective sleeve you can put it in, that's what I do and my iPod's never had any problems.

My friend today bought one for his girl.Lady who worked there was warning us do's and don't.She said you gotta charge 8 hours through the comp.no more no less, otherwise battery will stop working and then you send the whole thing to the company and they'll fix it.She was like i've convinced many people not to buy and i wouldn't recommend it because people always have problems with them. She told so many things that could happend to it that we almost turned around and went home. But he still bought it but without the 3year guarentee plan and wall-plug in charger. Is it a must to get those two when buying ipod?

im not fussy about whether or not my ipod gives its maximum output potential. i dont notice any changes in my battery life and i use a wall-plug charger more often than connecting to the pc. i would recommend that you had a longer lasting warranty than the year gurantee they give. and another my computer stopped recognizing my ipod and i didnt now why, so i try'd getting it to work by means of another USB, then it finally connected. earphones that i got from summer 04 have shitty wires. just where the wire splits into two my wire is cut, and i can see the actual damn wires (they got red and blue). peace

You're supposed to be very meticulous about how often you let your battery run down completely.

Anyway, I've had no problems with my iPod so far. I had a Zen before that and had to replace it three times, the first two lasting 12 months and the last one even less. The iPod is more expensive, but better IMO. That said, I haven't used the Zen:Vision M, which has been well-received. They don't do 60gb models, though.

If its better.why did it last only 12 times and had to replace it three times.

Btw, is this what you reffering to?http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CS7U1C/104-6906803-8683161?v=glance&n=172282

I had to replace the Creative Zen NX three times. The iPod, which I have now, has been fine.

That's a Creative Zen Vision: M, which is the equivalent of the video iPod. I didn't have one of those.
Ok what would you recommend me,which is the best?
