Gym Check-in

Oh yeah, part of the leg and core thing is also balance and flexibility. There is this one chick that goes to my gym, she has an unbelievably sexy body and she's always doing the craziest yoga/pilates exercises and stretches. Some of the things she does is fucking difficult, she has great core strength, balance, and flexibility. I've watched her doing these things for like a month jacking the exercises so I can do em lol. I finally talked to her, she said she'll help me out with some of em. But yeah, I just brought this up to say don't be afraid of the unconventional workout as well. I noticed it's mostly women who have the best core strength because they tend to focus on the unconventional, like elevated v ups for example, something Bruce Lee was said to do for 30 minutes, unbelievable. So yeah, do some womanly shit in the gym once in a while too.

^ I was actually just talking to my brother about the womanly shit yesterday.

I dunno if it was this thread or another, but I did explain that I use my lower legs a lot at work, so I do minor work outs.

The reason why I never do deadlifts and stuff is because I dunno how much weight to use, and so forth.

In fact, this whole time i haven't been benching bc i never had a spotter. I used the machines or cables.

I'm slowly working out more and more and will move up. right now i'm going to do the workouts im doing till i stop gaining and then change it up to shock my body to growing.

and that guy that was puffy is not fat. he was supper skinny everywhere else but his arms. he was puffy bc he was all made of water with creatine n shit. though, i do know what you're talking about.

oh yah, (im pretty much doing what my bro does, since he's huge).

Thursday - Bicep Curls 5 sets, Bar curls, inclinded bench, ran a mile.

He said we were taking it easy since he's just starting up so we are warming everything up. To me it is too, bc as i said, i mainly used machines.

Does anyone have a planned diet? And really exists that way? I always eat whatever I like so there's no way one would work for me, sadly.

Moreover I found out that eating at KFC after working out works for me better than any other chicken, actually better than anything else. I guess it's the growth hormone in their meat :p

I love KFC food. I mean, the chicken was disgusting when I was in England (same with all fast food joints I tried) but somehow it tastes much, much better here. I really love it after working out. I mean, the first thing that I think about after getting out of the gym is ordering a few KFC sandwiches.

England has a reputation for having disgusting food. Also, for loving animals. Also, for killing Irish people in droves.
Killing most nationalities in droves at some point or other.

And no... Our food isn't known as disgusting. We quite often have restaurants at the top of the world's best restaurant list. Unlike.... Who....? America.

heston blumenthal, Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver.

I am on about London though. The rest of the UK is non-existent to me.

I hate animals...

You're joking right? If you have the slightest indentation of a 6 pack i will be amazed

As to a diet I pretty much eat what I like besides fast food and soft drink. Plenty of protein, carbs and water.

I sometimes eat KFC on a Sunday when I am hungover but that can't be helped. Definitely not after a work out though lol what a waste of a gym session

Why? Well, I don't work-out to look good on a beach. But no, I don't have a 6 pack. I do have a layer of fat on my belly but it's relatively thin and KFC doesn't contribute much to it.
