^^a goal from that Ireland v Holland match was in that compilation you bastard. :(

we were well beaten that night. It was a play off for Euro 96 at Anfield. it was a once off match. not 2 legs like nowadays. It was Jack Charlton's last game as Ireland manager as well.

Hey Duke, do you remember Stan Valckx? lol. We used to laugh at him because his surname sounded like bollocks when the commentator pronounced it lol. he played against Ireland a couple of times.

Hahaha, yeah Stan Valckx. I never knew that was funny for you guys but it makes sense, lol.

I do know that @ world cup '98, cocu's name was spelled differently by the french cos its an insult, aahaha.

btw, the vid was cool, Flip. Patje was an amazing striker in his good days. Technically gifted, cracking finish, explosive and he could score with any body part. Also the images of our old team were good to see. A shame that generation never won anything :( Shoud've won it in '98

A cocu in French is a man who lets his wife fuck other guys. Think of a wimp-husband.

As for 98, we said the same.................... :(

Are flares banned in Britain or something?
Or is that just something that we only do in Eastern Europe? Cause I know PSG in France use flares sometimes, so it can't be only about Eastern European football culture...

Anyways, Bayern is raping Bochum...

VDV scored two and assited one I think. He will be out the team as soon as Kaka is fit.

I realised the main reason he didn't leave was because his wife has cancer and he didnt want to change her doctors by moving to another country.

^ Aye.

Real Madrid is doing the same as City. No matter who plays really well, as soon as the big name is fit again....off you go.

Inter Milan's Romanian international defender Cristian Chivu has undergone a brain operation after a clash of heads with Chievo's Sergio Pellissier.

Chivu was carried off during this afternoon's game and was taken directly to hospital in Verona where an emergency operation to control internal head bleeding was carried out.

After the game which Inter won 1 - 0 the entire Inter party attended the hospital to visit the former Ajax captain but were unable to see the full back who is still in intensive care.
