Yeah, Adriano and Diego Tardelli are leading the score table with 19 goals
His team, Flamengo can win the '09 championship with a simple victory sunday against Gremio, the funny thing is, Gremio is 7th and the only interest they have on this match is if they loose, Internacional which is Gremio biggest rival (like fenerbach and galatasaray) and is currently at 2nd place, will not get the title.
Gremio fans are asking the players to loose the game.

Its been 17 years since the last Serie A title for Flamengo, the most popular team in Brazil.

lmao, gotta love the brazilians and their club rivalries.

Diego Tardelli, he played here in netherlands for PSV for a while. Never impressed here.

If Flamengo play Gremio sunday, I might check the match out if it's not on too late.

On an unrelated note: Go Leverkusen!

Both had a good deal...

Eto'o fits in perfectly with Inter and Zlatan fits perfectly with Barca's style of play...

Both are winners. It was a really good deal.

I am quite surprised at how well Zlatan has done. I did rate him even though many others didn't but I didn't expect him to gel this well.

Though, one thing that annoys me about Barca is that Yaya Toure is getting no time :(

Eto'o is doing well also. How many goals as Militio have? He seems to score every game.

Ibrahimovic is doing very well. i love watching him play even if i had reservations about his temperment.

yea looks like Guardiola favours Busquets in that position who is also a good player imo.

Flip is prolly referring to fat penis.

For someone who watched young Zlatan play (his Ajax days) it's no wonder for me (us Dutchies) that he's doing so well at Barca. We've always known he's a great striker AND a great footballer.

At Inter, he was just a great striker.

And also, Twente is still on top :D Slightly undeserved 3-4 victory over NEC sunday. Three points is three points.

Patrick Kluivert = legend?

never really fulfilled his great potential imo

oh and he destroyed Ireland back in 1995. bastard. that was when he was 18 or 19. He also scored winning goal in the champions league final of that year so i guess Ajax fans would see him as a legend.. His attitude wasnt the best. he was awesome earlier in his career and for a season or two at Barca but it went downhill for him towards the end at Barcelona although he flopped badly at AC Milan before he joined Barca. He was poor at Newcastle as well. He could have been a lot better imo and i wouldnt consider him as one of the legends of the game. But definetely an excellent player when he was at his best. extremely talented.

btw it depends what you mean by legend. for me a legend of football would be someone like Maradona or Cruijff. but you could describe Kluivert as an Ajax legend or a Dutch legend since he is the all time leading goal scorer i believe. thats what im trying to say (before Duke kills me)

Well, I meant more along the lines of a dutch legend. lol. Obviously he's not Maradona or Cruijff, they're more like Gods.

Kluivert was great at Barca I thought, intelligent player.

Yeah, he had a bit of an attitude, but look at Maradona. He's a thug from the poor barrio's in Argentina, it comes with the territory. lol

No, I agree with you Bobbo. Kluivert was a ridiculous talent, he had truly amazing potential but he burned out early. Way too early. That was definitely a mental aspect.

I don't consider him a (Dutch) legend and I don't think Ajax fans consider him an actual legend because of his relatively unfullfilled potential and short career when they have people like Cruijff and Bergkamp to idolize, not to mention a whole bunch of old heroes like Sjaak Swart, Ruud Krol, Piet Keizer etc.

Don't underestimate the arrogance of Ajax fans, lol. It's sometimes said that where other fans come to the stadium to support their club, Ajax fans come to the stadium to check up that everything is going well.

Agreed.

Remember seeing him playing for Newcastle in a friendly against Sporting Lisbon and he was shit, looked like he had lost interest in football.
