You all should take note that the recommended dosage is not necessary because your body cant hold all that creatine at once, as a result leading you to just piss it out. It doesn’t hurt but the companies want you to take as much as possible for the big bucks$$$. That’s why they want you to do a loading phase which is not necessary by any means. just take one scoop or 4 g a day. Your body already makes about 4 g a day anyways, u can only hold I believe 3 more (don’t quote me) .
Most cases just take 1 serving a day in the morning or b4 a work out .
