I don't have time for workouts but i've got martial arts trainings every day wit 30 minutes of workouts. Then i workout at home at the evening but its like 20 minutes just to keep the muscles. Would that be good to me if ill take it? Im not built as good as i want.

on the topic of creatine, would i get better gains if i took one serve as soon as a wake up and one immediatley after a workout?

also, why is it advised that you should not eat till 30 mins after taking creatine?

That's what I am probably going to do. I have been taking creatine for 3 months now seeing great gains but recently I can see that its not really giving the extra lift like it used to. So I will stop using it once my supply runs out. So 2 weeks off huh? What I am going to do is more cardio now I need to lose 15 pounds at least, so far I have been running and running. 3 miles Monday, 4 miles Wednesday, 3miles Saturday equals to 10 miles a week. Most likely what I am going to do is lose the 15 pounds before going back to creatine and many take NO2.

It wouldn't hurt to try it out. Just make sure you drink plenty or water. Should see some effect in 2 to 3 weeks, well in my case that's what it took. If you can try to get in a good intensive workout. Remember the only way to build muscle is to tear it meaning fatigue those guns.

would it be not a waste of money, if i took maybe half of a recommended dosage, cause i don't need to get any bigger, don't want to add any weight, just want to be more cut. maybe drink less water when taking pills. don't know cause never used anything from supplements.

i recommend you take full dosage,especially when cutting because it will help retain your muscle.also,drinking less water while on creatine is a sure way to fuck up your liver

i understand this, but i already genetically have ability to gain more muscle. and if i take full dosage i will gain more muscle. at the moment i have 19 inch arms, don't want it bigger and look like balloon myself, just more cut :thumb:

I bought Creatin ethyl ester after recomendations from this board and other sites too.

Some say that I should take 4caps 2 times while others say only 3caps. Does it matter much?

And when do you take it after you workout?

500 mg per caps.

The thing that confuses me is that the guy (that sold me thouse in the store) said I should first take them 30 to 40 minutes before I eat and I should take them 30-40 minutes before my workout but I eat 1 hour before I start working out so this means I take them after eating. Will it make any difference?

500 milligrams? well take about 6 caps twice a day.

Don't take them after you eat,prior to your workout.Take them immediately after your workout instead.They will work much better

I also got protein shakes, does it matter if I take the caps before or after having my shake?

Usually I do it like this; I eat, 1 hour later I workout, come home then eat again along with drinking my protein shake. I'm having problem in placing my caps though. Where in this schedule would they fit best?

workout. then immediately take the creatine caps when you're done.wait 10-15mins,then take protein shake.

another time you want to take the caps is anytime you're on an empty stomach.could be anytime during the day

I thought it was a "bad" thing to take them on empty stomach...

you still have to take the exact same amount of creatine on non workout days too.

you take it on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.

im sure its more psycological than anything, especially when reading that it does that, but most people who think with their dicks arent too smart so i guess it could be true
