^Well that is more of a sports manship/ class thing. I forget who did it but he shot the ball at his own rim toward the end of the game so he can get another rebound for a triple double, sad. I agree with the takin players out, mainly so they dont get hurt, and the no shooting thing.

I think it was either Bob Sura or Ricky Davis.

But, yeah, it is a sportsmanship/class thing and I don't think any coach in the NBA thinks negatively about this "unwritten rule".

Still heavy fouling and what ended up happening made them look worse, they should have just pointed it out after the game and made them look bad rather than do what they did.
