Their awful performance so far this season makes me feel a little better about United crashing out of Europe. A little better.

I have a bet with a friend that Thierry won't be at Arsenal come September, and I think I might just win it.

Vieira was sold to Juventus, Bergkamp, Pires and Ljungberg are all still there but they're not what they used to be. Without Henry, they're nothing special. Van Persie's not bad, though.

True Bergkamp was my favorite football player of all time but I saw him play he ain't what he was in '98 or 2000. Well I guess Wegner's empire is crumbling and it's a sad thing. For Van Persie that's true, he's cool but by himself he can't do that much unfortunately.

Silvestre is way overrated, can't understand how he's still playin at CB. Toure however is way underrated.

Ashley Cole is one of the top 3 left backs in the World, Heinze, good but not top 10.

Ljungberg is consistent in the league, always gets 10goals a season, Ronaldo is consistently inconsistent.

Giggs WAS better, however, Pires is another who gets 10 goals a season and also plenty of assists, at this moment i'd have Pires.

United's problem this season has been the midfield's inability to score, apart, think they've only got 6 between them all season.

I hate this accusation that Henry goes missing in the big games, the only thing he's guilty of is very occasionally not meeting the ridiculously high standards he sets.
