I think it is only a problem as soon as you start fucking overanalyzing...Affirmitive action..was meant as a good thing...or wasn't it..? I thought it was...Well newayz..you just take advantage of it or you don't...That's all...fuck all other things...If that means you can get some food on the table it's good...

ways its good ways its bad, Ideally i think its wrong. best qualified person should get the job, or entrance etc. but realistically, i think its dealin with majority minority natural situations.
it has been used totally wrong & with totally wrong motives though at the same time. its a tough issue.

But i just think its wrong how easily and sharp u can jump on it as Racist, just the same level of Racism as --- , watever. its more of a realistic, economic, social issue and shit if u wanna analyze it, i would think.
it should be worked as long as theres a solid point towards it. Hopefully one day it wont be debated on, as in just not needed. but there are alot of wrongs that need to be undone and all of the shit's a double edged sword like some of the people in here already said...

And again this is why I hate coming in here..ppl always find a way to degrade you or whatever...but that doesn't mean I will stay away but newayz...

I gotta admit sumthing I first looked at it from a personal perspective...If I got a job offered I'd take it no matter even if ppl think Im not qualified enough...Just like I keep coming back to this particular forum. I could give you enough reasons to stay away but I still come back...

Now looking from a different perspective im saying..
Affirmitive action yeah it was prolly meant as a good thing but it hurts so many ppl..If you look at this from an objective perspective you'll know it's wrong....Positive discrimination= even worst than just discrimination...actually by allowing it you are saying minorities don't have enough qualities and need help...Which is not true at least not all the time im sure it some ppl don't have enough skill but there are more than enough who do..and who said only minorities arent qualified enough to get a job?

They shouldn't be judged on race...It should be on qualities..skills...everybody should have a chance...and the best one gets the job...

The person who said affirmitive action isn't the best answer but sure is the easiest is prolly right. The only real solution to this problem is a society that doesn't care about racial differences...Too bad we all don't live in a society that doesn't care...Too bad some ppl will always bitch..too bad...ppl can't control their anger...Man..This shit will never be solved...I have given up all hope for humans...humans are stupid...It will never be solved it can only be decreased...
