Do you believe in what they do?

Whether it be Palm Reading or Tarot cards...etc?

The reason why I ask is b/c my co-worker gets her tarot cards every 4 months or so by her cousin, and everything she is told turns out true. Her friend got it done with her and he told her "If you don't be careful with the guy you are with you will get pregnant."

A couple of months later, she missed her period and got pregnant.

Lame story, but the other things, she didn't want to tell me came true.

As for my mom, she was 14, she got her reading done, the lady told her how much kids she would have and the sexes of them, how much relationships she would be in etc...

Personally, I never got shit done to me, but I am astounded by other people's experience with it.

It's all about psychology, statistics and basic common knowledge.

It's like someone gave me clues that he eats shitty food and I said "If you won't be careful with chinese bars you might suffer from diarrhea".
Playing with cards only gives them more time to come up with a "prediction".

the lady told my mom that I should watch how I drive two months before summer.

During the summer of that year, I had 2 totaled car accidents in less than a month.

Get those dreams too. But memory can be modified non consciously to fit events happening. Not reliable.

And I do not believe in psychics. My mom did go and some things were true, but some didn't happen either. It's all luck.

I can see how memory would impact it, but I had a dream once where I was in a car on the side of a road watching cyclists go past and I was waiting to see my Dad ride past. At this time he had no interest in cycling, didn't even own a bike and I'd never known him to be into any sport. At some point after my dream he took up cycling as a way to get to and from work (couldn't handle taking the bus anymore) anyway he gets really into it and starts doing these yearly rides as part of the biggest cycling event in Australia. He needs me to pick him up, I'm sat in the car on the side of the road waiting for him to go past as I'm early for the finishing time. Huge dejavu.

My sister-in-law is pregnant and I've had 2 dreams where she gives birth on the 23rd July so will be interesting what happens.

I used to go to a psychic, because my ex always went, so I figured what the hell.

The lady used playing cards, told me to shuffle them, then she read them. I never believed in it, but she was a sweet old lady, so I kept going. She was always very vague and told you what you wanted to hear. About "you will be coming into money, soon" and all that usual stuff, and I would always say "Yeah, payday is coming up" and she would say "That's what the cards say."

Lol, it was kinda ridiculous, but I was bored and needed to blow ten bucks, so why the hell not.
