I'd take an unmodde 360 for live and then alternatively mod it later. Game additions and shit is not the only benefits you get from Xbox Live/Playstation Network. There's also updates to your games. I have had two updates to Call Of Duty for example, and I don't remember how many others. Fifa 08 had to be updated before playing, same with NFS ProStreet and Skate. Fixing a few bugs in a game can seriously improve the gaming experience. Also, you spoke of GTA and racing games, and those games can be played solo, but most games have ten times the longevity if you can play them online after finishing solo play.

What do you mean by trigger buttons? The analog controllers ('joysticks')? I haven't played so much Xbox that I really can make a comparison without trying it again, but I never had a problem with the PS3 controller. If anything, it is more arcade than the super-precise Xbox controller which you need a tech engineer course to operate. Okay not really and I realize I just paved the way for stupidity jokes, I'm just saying that the old arcade machines had one joystick and two buttons and neither were pressure sensitive. If anything, I like that the PS3 controller isn't as precise as the Xbox one. It is more in line with the concept of arcade gaming.

Xbox 360 Arcade doesn't come with a hard drive anyway, just with a memory card for saves. Premium version with HDD costs more so I'd rather get a PS3 which has cooler games. I definately prefer more analog sensitivity. It's uncomparable in any game where you have to drive. It's much more fun and realistic. I had it on my Xbox0, I had it on DC and I loved it. With all honesty I prefer ps3 but free games + Xbox triggers >ps3 triggers suit me better right now. I want ps3 for their exclusives and full online game in the future tho.

Xbox live is a place you can go to with your virtual self. Essentially, so long as my rules do not break any of the laws of my country, anything that is my private property can be administered the way I like. I can buy a patch of forest in the middle of the woods, set up a fence, and deny anyone entry. I can enforce certain rules to prohibit forced entry if that is a problem. I can put guard dogs there. Technically I can do whatever I want with it, and so long as there is a forewarning for what I might do to you if you cross my borders, you are the victim of being at your own risk.

This forewarning, in your case, is the license agreement. It's not illegal in Poland to add a chip to an Xbox 360, but it is Illegal in Xbox Live Land to gain entry with a hacked console. Microsoft are the government of Xbox Live Land, unfortunately. So technically, it IS illegal.

Actually I have to think that all over again. It's a damn hard decision but I think I'll be getting a 360 Arcade anyway just because it's cheap and is mod-able.

Dont be a cheapskate by getting the Arcade version. It has no hard drive, which is a major disadvantage.You cant save games or download content from Xbox Live.At least get the Premium if you dont want to fork out on the Elite console.Premium has a 20 GB Hard Drive which is mor ethan enough for me anyway.

It has a 256mb memory card for saves which should be enough. From what I've heard there's no custom radio in GTA4 so music is useless. Also I'm modding my 360 so I'll get banned from Live. That all means I won't need a hdd and if I will I can get one for 50$ which is 3 times less than a price difference between Arcade and Premium.

60% - Complete the story

10% - Complete all Procedural Missions (2% per set of missions)

10% - Friends. (Get their perks and take each friend to every activity they enjoy.)

5% - Activities. Win one game of all activities.
-Bowling
-Darts
-Pool
-Highscore in QUB3D

5% - Random Characters. (Find all random characters and complete their missions.)

2.5% - Most Wanted. (Get in a police car and use the computer. 30 Total most wanted, 10 in each area you unlock.)

2.5% - Vigilante. (Go to recent crimes on the police car computer, finish 20 of them.)

2.5% - Find and shoot all 200 pigeons.

2.5% - Find and complete all 50 Unique Stunt Jumps.

No. You can listen to your own music instead of the in-game music, but it doesn't work like the music in the game. So it won't fade out when you get a phone call, or shut off when you get out the car.
