Here its really starting to fuck with home loan interest rates. Our economy is stronger than ever, but interest rates keep going up because banks dont have enough cash to float lenders and need to rely on US dollars.

It's a catch 22, strong economy means more people are buying houses, but that means the banks are lending more than they're getting back and need to borrow US dollars to keep up with demand.
