Pac and Jada Pinkett used to have a little rap group in high school, they would battle people. Jada said she was a good writer, but didnt have the best flow. Pac would tell her she needed to work on her delivery

Biggie's "Warning" beat was originally meant for Big Daddy Kane. But Easy Mo Bee played it for Kane on a beat tape and he said "next...."

Lauryn Hill was supposed to be on Method Man's "All I Need". But Def Jam said she was a nobody and put Mary J on instead

Shyheim was meant to be on Jay Z's "Coming of Age". Jay wrote the verse for him , but Shy said he was busy so he got Bleek to rap the verse

33. DMX began rapping at the age of 13; amusing crowds of children with rhymes that relied on spelled-out words, a style he called "spellbound."

34. Kurupt, of the Dogg Pound, accused DMX of sleeping with Foxy Brown. The beef was squashed at the encouragement of Snoop Dogg.

35. Eminem and DMX were rumored to have sent subliminals at each other on a freestyle and DMX's 1999 hit "Party Up (Up in Here)" respectively. The two rappers later teamed up to record a track belittling Ja Rule called Go To Sleep with Obie Trice included on the Cradle 2 the Grave soundtrack.

36. The LOX and DMX allegedly had some problems stemming from their time living in Yonkers that was talked out in 2004. It is rumored a line on the song "Trina Moe", from The Great Depression, was aimed at the trio. However in the same "recent interview" which saw DMX reigniting the beef with K-Solo, the artist also gave a shout out to LOX and suggested that they collaborate on future work. Leaked versions of the upcoming DMX album are noted for featuring at least two tracks with prominent D-Block artists Jadakiss and Styles P.

37. Contrary to popular belief, DMX and Jay-Z were never on the Murder Inc. record label. Murder Inc. was originally supposed to be a band, rather than a label, with Jay-Z, DMX, and Ja Rule as members. DMX accused former cohort Ja Rule of getting rich from his style, teaming up with Eminem, 50 Cent, and others to diss the label. There's been recent rumors that DMX has ended his beef with Ja Rule as an interview with allhiphop.com has said.

38. DMX and Jay-Z have began to form a feud after X left Def Jam for Sony/Columbia at which point DMX says that they are both too big and that he can't work under him. This also caused a small feud between X & Rihanna. When DMX was asked why he made the sudden change, he said "I can't work under him (speaking of Jay-Z) anymore. I have nothing against the label itself, I just can't work under him." DMX has also accused Jay-Z of being a poor Def Jam President and has thrown a shot at Jay-Z "We In Here." He has shown support to Cam'Ron in his feud with Jay-Z on Funkmaster Flex's radio show on Hot 97. Which has caused Jay to throw a line aimed at X in his album Kingdome Come.

LL Cool J actually sent a demo to Rick Rubin & Russell Simmons while they were starting Def Jam in their NYU dorm room. Rubin & Simmons liked it & signed LL on as their first act.

39. Only living in Peru for a few years, Immortal Technique's family came to the United States to escape the civil war and inflation that had become common in South America in the early 1980s.

After emigrating to New York City, he lived in Harlem and attended Hunter College High School.

41. In 1994, Ice Cube reteamed with Dr. Dre for the song "Natural Born Killaz" for the soundtrack to the short film Murder Was the Case. The reunion was a hit, as it helped propel the album to #1. 1998 saw the beginning of a slight N.W.A. reunion when Cube and Dre were soon rejoined by MC Ren to record some new songs. They first recorded "Hello" for Ice Cube's sixth solo album War & Peace - Volume 2 (The Peace Disc), featuring the line "I started this gangsta shit / And this is the mutherfuckin' thanks I get?" Later, the three recorded "Chin Check" for Ice Cube's movie Next Friday with Snoop Dogg in place of deceased Eazy-E. Yella was not included on either reunion tracks but was supposed to get involved later as he wasn't on the road with the Up in Smoke Tour along with the others, who were recording the tracks in a mobile studio. These tracks were planned to be a part of a conceptual comeback album of N.W.A. called Not These Niggaz Again, that was to be produced by Dre on the part of the beats and Ice Cube on the part of the lyrics. But due to the artists' fully booked schedules and some label problems, the new album never materialized. The main obstacles were coordinating three different record labels (Priority, No Limit, Interscope), foreclosing the copyright of the use of the name N.W.A., and endorsing the whole project to gain exclusive rights. Supposedly they did not succeed in realizing these goals, so those two songs were added to N.W.A.'s Greatest Hits album when it was remastered

42. Suge Knight said that as a condition of 2pac's release from jail, he would have to sign up to death-row records and release 2 albums under that label. so within hours of his release, he would begin recording the "all eyez on me" album.

Sandeep, you're posting some obvious information... along with some wrong info as well. We know about the whole N.W.A story, we know about Pac's contract with Death Row, except it was a three-album deal. And Out on Bail was performed live in 1994 at the Source Awards, more than a year prior to signing with Death Row. Completely unrelated incidents.
