I have not had any alcohol...

Hardly, plenty folk hop from club to club, how they meant to know who he is. Im from the UK, he's from the UK i dont know anyone who knows him or his group.

That means nothing, since A) you ain't Indian and most of our fanbase is and B) there's always more people who don't know you than who do, no matter who you are. I bet none of your mates know who John Abraham is either, yet he can't walk down the street in India, or in any Indian community anywhere in the world without getting mobbed. I've never claimed that most of our fanbase is in the UK because it isn't. Our biggest markets are India, Canada and the US, sales wise.

Plus, it's a pretty safe assumption that most people who come to a club to see me perform know who I am, if not before, then definitely afterwards. As if I even have time to meet a fraction of the people in any one club anyway :D

Would you get mobbed if you walked down the street in India?

This little discussion just made me read Casey's wikipedia. Nice. Good job on having a wikipedia. I made one about myself once, but it was quickly deleted.

If Casey walked down the street in Bosnia, he'd get mobbed and by that I mean, jacked for his shoes, watch, g-string, and whatever else he got on.

Anyone that didn't looked Indian would. If it wasn't because you were famous, it's because they were gonna jack you for your shit.

Several family friends we have in India, their kids, did not have kind things to say. And my friends laugh at me when I listen to "Sugarless." I don't care, I like it.

And I think Osama, Bush, Obama, and Michael Jordan fall into the category of more people know them than don't. Don't forget God and Jesus.

I don't know anyone who has ever heard of you. I never would have if it weren't for SH. I'm not trying to call you out or nothing just saying.

You aren't our market. I mean, aside from a few white people that are obsessed with Indian culture (I meet people like that every so often), I don't know anyone that listens to music of a minority language that isn't of that minority. I don't ever find myself listening to music sung in Greek, or French. So I don't expect anyone that isn't Punjabi to listen to music that is primarily in Punjabi. But our next album is all in English and coming out on a US major.....so hopefully you won't be able to say that after the next album has been out for a while, but we'll see.

S O F I said:

You couldn't even walk down the street in England without getting happy slapped.

I know someone who knows of Casey. I play football with him weekly, DJ Nazakat or something is his music name.

Oh also, I recently acquired a Pub. Casey you can have a drink on the house.

I am not famous.

But when I am in a club I won't buy my own drinks. Won't speak to people. Send the bouncers over to get the ladies for me.... etc.

It's part of my mistique.

Excellent. I'll have a yard of ale, my good man.

Michael Jordan fall into the category of more people know them than don't.

I don't know about this. I don't think the 3 billion people in India/China know who Jordan is. And pretty much nobody anywhere in Europe watches basketball. More people know Michael Jackson, The Beatles and Elvis Presley than Michael Jordan.

When's the album coming out? Can I be on it?

Feb/March time hopefully. No guest features at all on the record, except a couple remixes that we might do after we finish the regular versions.

Thug Style, where is your pub? I will uproot my family and come to England if it means I can get drunk for free.

South East of England, Not the best of towns but free drinks are worth it. I'm actually posting from the pub right now, as i cant be bothered with hanging around the drunk student crowd.
