Is there anyone here who does it on a regular basis? I want to start doin it and dont really know where to begin. There are so many "guides" out there and if someone could give me some advice as to where to begin or what a good beginners guide is I'd appreciate it.

I'd suggest to do a course or whatever, check local gyms, you should find something there. Once he know the basics you can do it at home, but I think it's easier if someone tells you how to do the exericeces than to learn them yourself out of a book. After all, Yoga is not only a 'sport' but also a spiritual thing, therefore it can be wrong to have a guide in form of a human.

So I went and bought a DVD and wow. This is day 1 and I'm so sore in my midsection. I thought I was doing pretty decent with the core but this has opened my eyes completely. Everyone should do this.

Thats comin, I just dont want to spend a lot of money on something Im not sure Im interested in first off and secondly I want to look like I know what Im doin before I go, for that exact reason Pittsey hah.
