i have a quad.alot of fun.i say its definitely worth the money. i mean, u can take it out anytime. i like offroading, mountains and whatnot. its cool in the summertime.

i got 3 quads (actually only one, the other 2 r my aunts, but we use them more then her since they stay at her cabin which is close to winnipeg and she lives in Calgary) Ther amazing, offroadin is sooo much fun. I wudnt buy it if ur only usin it for transportation. Quads r for entertainment as much as transportation.

I have a Quad but do your research, first off that 600 Raptor is shit for the size and how much you pay. And in the description it said it is automatic, that is weak. But I'd do some research first. Besides that they are so fun and worth it.

It's cheap for UK standards.

Plus I wouldn't use it for transportation, just for the odd sunny day. We don't have mountains or Off road areas around here really though.

Dunno. I'd just use it for short rides. To the park to play football. Round peoples house local. Stuff like that. It sounds like a bad idea now, that's why I started this thread. I wanted to be talked out of it.

It sounds like fun yeah, but consider it's practicality (which is virtually none ) . Especially in good ol' England. If you're going to use it in summertime, wait till it's summer again to buy one if you really want one.

I'd still not do it, though. And that Golfy only has 2 red lettres That said, it does look to be in excellent shape. Honest seller too. And wanting more diesel performance...well, meh, no Diesel is going to compare to ye ol' Prezzie.

Yeah. On the bright side. Having a cheaper car for a few years will enable me to buy a very nice weekend car. We're talking second hand Modena here. So I'll have to put up with a shit car for a few years.

I need a shit Golf. Might get a GTi, they seem cheaper to buy. And petrol won't be too bad. I want something I can service myself, as it's cheaper. And I still wanna drop it on 18's.

they go down abit in money at this time of year (end of summer/start of winter). i've heard the insurance is alot for a quad may be you should look into that before you get one? if your just going to use it on-road why not get a moped?
